We know that you need your devices more than ever, and we want to make sure you can stay connected. Rest assured, we’re doing what it takes to make that happen.

We believe we can offer our services to you while still keeping you safe by minimizing direct contact, so we’ll be temporarily pausing our in-home setup experience. Instead, we will be performing a no-contact delivery of your order at the address you provided.

We’re also taking steps to make sure our HQ team, our Experts, and their families are cared for. We’re helping them get the financial, social, and emotional support they need to get through this. Our headquarters employees are working remotely due to local regulations, but we’re all working through this together.
