For any Returns or Exchanges, just call 1-888- GO-ENJOY or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a convenient time and place to pick up or exchange your product. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll provide a shipping label with instructions to ship your product back to Enjoy.
For Phones and Tablets:
Note that wireless carriers have different service-cancellation policies. Returning your phone or tablet may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account.

For Products bought through our Partner’s Websites:
Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with our Partner’s respective return and refund policies.
For Defective Units:
Defective units are rare, but when it does happen it’s usually discovered during your Enjoy Visit. Your Enjoy Expert will get you a replacement product as quickly as possible. If You discover a defect in a product after the Enjoy Visit, contact the manufacturer.
You can reschedule/cancel an order at anytime before delivery. To reschedule/cancel an order or Enjoy Visit, call 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email email@example.com and our Enjoy Support Team will help.
All products are covered by the standard warranties provided by their manufacturers. If product problems arise more than 30 days after your Enjoy Visit, you may be eligible for warranty service or other help from the manufacturer. You may contact the manufacturer directly using contact information included in the product packaging or found on the manufacturer's website.
