For any Returns or Exchanges, just call 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a convenient time and place to pick up or exchange your product. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll provide a shipping label with instructions to ship your product back to Enjoy.
For Products bought directly from enjoy.com:
You can return or exchange products bought directly from enjoy.com within 30 days from the date of your Enjoy Visit with no restocking fee, as long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.
For Phones and Tablets:
You have 14 days from the date of your Enjoy Visit to return these products. Please ensure that the product you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation that were included when you received it. Note that wireless carriers have different service-cancellation policies. Returning your phone or tablet may not automatically cancel or reset your wireless account; you are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account. Please contact your provider for more information.
For Products bought through our Partner’s Websites:
Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with our Partner’s respective return and refund policies.
For Extended Warranty Products:
In general, you may not return or transfer any extended warranty products bought directly from enjoy.com. However, you may return your extended warranty product if you also return the supported product you bought directly from enjoy.com within the terms of Enjoy’s Return Policy.
For Defective Units:
Defective units are rare, but when it does happen it’s usually discovered during your Enjoy Visit. Your Enjoy Expert will get you a replacement product as quickly as possible. If you discover that a product that you bought directly from Enjoy is defective and notify us within 30 days after your Enjoy Visit, we’ll do whatever we can to get a replacement product to you as quickly as possible.
If the price of a product you’ve purchased has been reduced on www.enjoy.com within 14 days of purchase, we're happy to refund you the difference. Just call us at 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email email@example.com and our team of Enjoy Experts can help you out.
You can reschedule/cancel an order at anytime before delivery. To reschedule/cancel an order or Enjoy Visit, call 1-888-GO-ENJOY or email firstname.lastname@example.org and our Enjoy Support Team will help.
All products are covered by the standard warranties provided by their manufacturers. If product problems arise more than 30 days after your Enjoy Visit, you may be eligible for warranty service or other help from the manufacturer. You may contact the manufacturer directly using contact information included in the product packaging or found on the manufacturer's website.
